If you are wanting to return or exchange an item, please send your order number with “Return/Exchange" in the subject line, with any additional information necessary to email@example.com.
All patrons are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving their products.
It is expected that the item is returned in its original condition. If the item has been altered or has any imperfections, or is in a condition of less than sale-ready, the item will be returned back to the patron at his/her expense. Fly or Fall is responsible for determining whether a returned product is up to standard for returning.
Please allow up to 10 days for any refund amounts to be shown on your bank statement.
Strictly no returns on sale items.
For returns of an item that is unwanted, refunds will include the price of the item only. Return shipping is at the patrons expense.
For returns of an item that has been incorrectly sent (wrong product, size, colour), a full refund will be issued on our behalf. This includes the total price of the item and shipping paid to cover the return of the item.
For exchanges of an item, a refund will be given to cover the full price of the item.
Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size/colour.
For an item that is faulty or has an any issues, Fly or Fall will cover all costs, including shipping, to exchange for a new item.
If the exchange is for a different size or colour of the same item, only the price of the item will be covered. Return shipping will be at the expense of the patron.
If the item being exchanged is out of stock, a refund for the price of the item will be paid.

International orders outside Australia may be subject to import duties and customs charges, at the receivers expense. These fees vary depending on the receiving country.
If you are unsure of your countries customs and duties, we advise you to contact your local customs office before placing your order.
If you refuse the customs fee and your item has to be returned to us, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
